Terms of Service

Our terms and conditions

Last updated: 14 September 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Iridium alongside any applicable customer agreement or order. Where a separately agreed customer contract addresses the same subject, that contract governs to the extent of a conflict, subject to applicable law. Legal contact: Jonathan Bates, through the contact form linked below.

Using Iridium

Iridium connects you to your assigned agents and the Memory and Knowledge you are authorised to use. You may ask questions and explicitly request permitted saves. Agent selection does not expand your permissions. Team updates follow their governed sharing rules, and reporting agents do not accept Memory writes.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and use only information and resources you are authorised to access or share. Do not use Iridium unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, or evade host permissions and access controls. Do not submit payment card information, protected health information, government identifiers or authentication secrets through the connector. You must have the capacity and any authority required to enter the applicable agreement.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorise processing of that content as needed to provide the requested service and meet applicable legal obligations, subject to your customer agreement and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit and share it. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Iridium.

AI output and saves

Generated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important outputs and supporting evidence before relying on them, particularly for consequential decisions. A Memory receipt confirms acceptance for processing; it does not establish that all processing or later retrieval is complete. Host applications may require confirmations or restrict tool access, and those restrictions must be respected.

Charges and subscriptions

Fees, entitlements, renewal, cancellation and any refund arrangements are governed by the terms agreed for your account and applicable law. Connecting an existing account to a host does not itself purchase a subscription or change those agreed terms.

Availability and access

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Any agreed service commitments continue to apply.

Privacy and ending use

The Privacy Policy describes information handling and available controls. You may stop using or disconnect the connector, but this does not automatically cancel an account agreement or erase saved content. Account closure, export and deletion follow the applicable agreement, product controls and legal requirements.

Responsibility and statutory rights

Each party’s responsibilities and any agreed limits of liability are subject to the applicable customer agreement and law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not add a new liability cap or waive mandatory consumer protections.

Changes, questions and disputes

Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page, with any notice required by the applicable agreement or law. Contact Jonathan Bates first with questions or concerns. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions in your customer agreement apply, subject to mandatory legal protections. Otherwise, the applicable law and competent courts determine those matters.
